Industrial Communications RMA Procedure

- Provide all necessary information including:
  • Part number
  • Serial number
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Invoice number
  • Date of purchase

- Crisptech Support will follow up to obtain and confirm if the unit needs to be returned for repair.

- If the product needs to be returned, CrispTech support will issue an RMA number and all delivery details will be forwarded.

- If applicable, it is the customer's responsibility to back up the configuration file of their devices before sending it. It is also the customer's responsibility to pay for freight charges when returning goods.

- Crisptech will include a copy of the manufacturers repair report once final evaluation of the unit has been completed.
